Dry Heat Sterilizer

Vitro Pharma Machine provides Dry Heat Sterilizer which is used to sterilize items that might be damaged by moist heat or that are impenetrable to moist heat such as powders, petroleum products, sharp instruments.

This Dry Heat Sterilizer kills or removes all microorganisms including bacterial spores and use air as a medium of sterilization.

• All stainless steel CGMP construction or stainless steel interiors with mild steel exteriors on a non-sterile side
• Class 100 sterilizers
• Electromechanical control panel or microprocessor-based control panel
• Cooling coils for rapid cooling during the cooling cycle
• Electrical door interlocks with a visual indication
• Terminals for all electrical heaters are outside the operating area & are accessible or replaceable from the non-sterile side when needed
